Tried and true for over 30 years, elastomeric membrane has been the cornerstone and specialty here at Pagani Roofing. Membrane has proven the test of time as a durable, long lasting and aesthetically pleasing product. It consists of a non granulated membrane base-layer and then a torch applied, granulated cap sheet, combining to provide arguably the strongest and most durable waterproofing system on the market.

This heat applied membrane resists the worst of the elements and will save you money in the long run. With a wide variety of color options, white and grey being the most common and sought after for their reflective nature. The sun’s rays reflect more easily off of the light colors and in turn keep your building cooler in the summer months, saving you money on cooling your home or business.

When it comes time to replace a membrane roof the cost will be nowhere near what it was the first time around, it will be much less expensive. How? Re-roofing a membrane roof requires simply that it be primed with an asphalt primer then torched over with a new layer of cap sheet or “granulated membrane” saving you the cost of the extra labour and materials required the first time around.
